MY STORY

Since age 7, I have been familiar with energy, frequency and some of the different dimensions of existence. Since the age of 12, I knew at some point in my life I would be working in this field.

As a young woman, I was drawn to the world of business and commerce and spent 40 plus years working in this arena. From small family businesses to positions in large corporate organisations I have experienced the leadership challenges of both.

My work took me all over the world and I  finally ended up with my own consultancy and joined the ranks of the entrepreneur operating a hugely successful global sales agency business for clients in the USA and in my later years ran a management consultancy in  Canada.

Alongside my business life, my enquiry into the world of metaphysics was almost insatiable as a result of my early childhood experiences and this culminated in over twenty years of intensive trainings with some of the best teachers on and off planet 🙂 

I now hold various degrees, diplomas and trainings in DNA activation, bioenergetics, energy medicine, psycho-energetics, body-mind psychotherapy, healing science, integrative psycho-social and health science and an integrated Yoga Teacher training. Quite a list 🙂

What all this really means is that I work with the human multi-dimensional energy system and have a very comprehensive knowledge of the mind-body-energy connection. I ran a private practice alongside my business activities.

My ongoing study and research was showing me that all I had learned of metaphysics and spirituality in my quest for the true meaning and purpose of life was now being underpinned and confirmed by the very latest discoveries of the scientific community.

And so, I took a break 3 years ago to research, write and publish my book

Me IN THIS ETERNAL MOMENT OF NOW…

Athena is dedicated to your self-empowerment and the development of your evolutionary leadership based in Unity Consciousness.

She has a business background. This has enabled her to develop incredible grounding and centering while undergoing her own transformative process and has cultivated an expert ability to navigate multi-dimensional consciousness while fully embodying the higher frequencies.

She has studied extensively with a variety of renowned spiritual teachers including Dr Barbara Brennan and holds degrees and diplomas in Advanced Psycho-Energetic Integration Skills and Energy Transmission Techniques as well as am MSc in Psychosocial and Integrative Health Science.

Her spiritual training began age 7 and has taken her all over the world. Living and working in South East Asia as a young woman developed her keen interest in the eastern mystic teachings of Buddhism and Hinduism. A move to Canada in later years enabled extensive travel and learning in North and South American indigenous traditions and over a decade of training in the science of energy transmission and science and advanced psycho-spiritual skills. This culminated in a deep dive into a multi-discipline scientific research overseen by a team of Spiritual Guardians and resulted in the synthesis between science and metaphysics that characterizes her work.
