Since the beginning of 2018, I have been on a personal rollercoaster ride that has turned out to be the mother of all rollercoasters.

I can honestly say I have been tested almost beyond endurance in terms of the speed of the process as well as its depth and intensity as I travelled down “the rabbit hole” of existence. I see quite clearly how I have revisited every major wound of humanity at a deeper level than ever before and spent much time this year transmuting low frequency into higher frequency energy.

This is entirely fitting as one of the aspects of this life that has brought great joy is to work with the karmic memory of humanity and why the physical persona of Athena has specialized in helping people discover their hidden greatness and potential that this obscures. Karma is such a misunderstood term. It is not personal but collective and we are all subject to this through our connection to the morphogenetic field of our species.

AND we have a choice whether to manifest these embedded memories in our lives or create something different. Many of them are held in the unconscious and why we need a little help sometimes to catch things before they manifest into physical reality. The more work that is done to transmute these attractor fields the less influence they have on individuals and humanity as a whole.

So even though this has been challenging, I am so very grateful to have been called to this work that has made this one of the most precious of years.

No matter what challenges have occurred in this life I can honestly say I have never lost faith in the inherent benevolence of the Prime Creator and I have always had incredible spiritual support during my travels in the quantum holographic field of my own and others projections. I have always been led to exactly the right place with exactly the right people for the next stage of the unfolding. This time was no exception and for this, I am blessed.

I have been longtime blessed with the ability to recall many life-hoods in various parts of the planet and of the planet as a result of my training to work multi-dimensionally. This merely means I practiced expanding my awareness to take in information from the different levels of the holographic field. Some people call this the Akashic field and there are many other descriptors of the same thing. I can promise you I have known and experienced “the self” as perpetrator and victim, sinner and saint and everything in between on many different occasions. This is how we learn unconditional love, compassion, forgiveness, acceptance, patience, gratitude and is a preparation for experiencing the TRUTH.

I do not place too much importance on these “stories”. It must be said that all of these experiences of different dimensions remain our own projections of our inner consciousness. We are simply connecting in with the archetypes, both positive and negative, of collected memories held in our DNA that produce our karma. We are really in trouble when we begin to identify with these archetypes and believe them to BE us. This then becomes just another expression of the dualistic ego and is the cause of all our suffering.

We ALL have the ability to create heavens and hells and everything in between. None of it is REAL!!! Anything other than the Absolute is a manifestation individually and collectively of our dualistic consciousness. But remember we have been doing this for hundreds of millions of years

It is only useful knowledge when it helps us navigate the physical dimension in the NOW and enables transmutation of the consciousness of our lower frequency choices. Ultimately what we are all striving for in our physically experienced existence is a more pleasant projection of our own consciousness, both as individuals and as a collective. This means balancing the polarities of energy within our selves, often described as the masculine and feminine. 

The distortion and imbalance of these energies in the collective has been the major cause of war, destruction and obscene misuse of power and created the perceived separation from Source that many still experience today. It is this distorted energy that is destroying our planet in the form of corporations’ greed for profit and why 795 million people in the world do not have enough to eat. It is why we are slowly killing our planet with unsustainable practices.

It is present in each one of us to some degree although usually in the unconscious. This means that most cannot or will not acknowledge this within themselves. Once we can acknowledge and transmute any of these distorted energies not only do we release more positive energy for creative purpose but everything changes for all. I have witnessed this time and time again in my work with groups over the years and even more recently in both a spiritual group and business group of leaders where this energy was being mirrored.

It is my wish that in 2019 more and more people will realize that change in our world does not come about by trying to “fix the external.“

We must first address the internal landscape in order to make any real progress addressing our world problems. Only then can we take right and aligned action to change the physical construct. Real change occurs because our actions are in alignment with our thoughts, intentions and behaviors. Anything else is hypocrisy and inauthentic and will not bring about permanent transformation of anything.

And so Dearest Ones I hold Blessings, Love and Grace in this heart for you at this festive time of year. For you and I are One Heart beating and One Life energy expressing through a multitude.
